All our weekly Iyengar yoga classes, take place in our fully equipped yoga studio opposite West Bridgford Park, Albert Rd, West Bridgford. Classes attract students from, beginners foundation level, beginners level 1, beginners level 2 right up to intermediate students and Iyengar yoga teachers. Classes provide you with lots of individual attention where you need it, so that students can grow and develop.

Iyengar Yoga – Introductory Level 2 – Mondays 6.30 – 8.00pm Isabel & Geoffrey
For adult students who have attended Iyengar Yoga classes regularly for at least 1 year, or by permission of the teacher. Students will be expected to know the basic principles of Iyengar yoga, and bring their own mat.

Iyengar Yoga – Intermediate Level  – Tuesdays 6.30 – 8.30pm   – Isabel
For those who have attended Iyengar Yoga Classes regularly for over 3 years. Students will be expected to be able to practice sarvangasana (shoulder stands) and sirsasana (head stand) and bring a mat)

Iyengar Yoga – Introductory Level 2 – Thursdays 10 – 11.30am Isabel
For adult students who have attended Iyengar Yoga classes regularly for at least 1 year, or by permission of the teacher. Students will be expected to know the basic principles of Iyengar yoga and bring their own mat

Iyengar Yoga – Beginners Level 1 – Thursdays 6.45 – 8.15pm – Geoffrey
Suitable for adult beginners. Students are introduced to the Introductory asanas (postures), which build strength and stamina and improve flexibility. (Please bring a mat if you have one)

Iyengar Yoga – Monthly Weekend Workshops 9.30 -11.30am Isabel
This class is for all regular Iyengar yoga students. Please bring a full set of equipment
Note: this class runs once a month but you will need to check dates / times with us via email or in our downloadable programme below before coming
